Advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB).

Even with the best of intentions, we won’t end prejudice overnight. DEIAB work starts by developing a common language and bringing everyone to the table to talk about how to interrupt discrimination by updating mindsets, policies, and practices.

I integrate expertise in adult learning to create interactive trainings that help people explore how systemic bias impacts their work.

As a researcher, my methodology for program evaluation is collaborative and based on best practices. I learn about your work from multiple angles to understand and explain what’s great about what you do. Then, I report the information back in a way that allows you to increase your influence and exposure.
